Safety, Inclusion, Accessibility & Safeguarding Policy
Salvation Saunas
Policy Statement
Salvation Saunas operates mobile sauna sessions in London public spaces and at private venues under a comprehensive safety, accessibility, inclusion, and environmental management framework.
All operations are risk assessed and conducted in accordance with relevant local authority requirements for temporary outdoor activities and event-based structures.
For public sessions and ticketed events, a trained member of staff is present on site at all times. Staff supervise safe operation, monitor participant wellbeing, manage capacity, and respond to any safety issues.
For private venue hire, a structured safety induction and operational handover are completed prior to use. Clear written operating guidance, safety controls, and emergency procedures are provided. Where agreed as part of the booking, trained staff supervision can also be supplied for the duration of the hire.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, staff, contractors, and members of the public, regardless of disability, ethnicity, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
