The Sauna
Our mobile sauna is a professionally built, wood-fired unit mounted on a road-legal trailer. The internal cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests per session. 4.5m Long x 3m high mounted on a 2.3m trailer.
Fitted with a heavy duty commercial grade wood-fired stove and stainless steel chimney system. This sauna delivers authentic, high-heat performance wherever you park it.
The layout includes tiered benches to provide different heat levels, giving guests control over their experience. The higher bench delivers stronger, more traditional Finnish-style heat, while the lower bench offers a gentler option.
The sauna is heated by a high-quality wood-burning stove with sauna stones, producing a soft, enveloping heat. Water can be ladled onto the stones to create steam (löyly), increasing humidity and intensity when desired.
How It’s Run
Sessions are operated in structured time slots to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal heat performance.

Supervision: The sauna is set up, managed, and monitored by our team (although for long-term rentals we give a safety and management run through and leave it with you)

Between sessions, the sauna is aired, benches are wiped down, and the stove is managed to maintain consistent conditions.
For private hires or events, we can tailor the format — including longer hire periods, back-to-back sessions, or full-day bookings.
Cold Plunge
Our cold plunge barrels are designed to provide a powerful and effective ice bath experience while remaining compact and easy to position in gardens, driveways and event spaces. Each barrel measures 880mm in height, with a 630mm belly diameter and a 550mm end diameter, creating a comfortable upright immersion.
The design allows users to sit fully inside the barrel with water reaching chest level, delivering the full benefits of cold water immersion including improved recovery, circulation and mental resilience. The slightly tapered shape supports a natural seated position, making the experience stable and secure even during colder plunges.
This style of ice bath is ideal for short, effective sessions and is widely used in contrast therapy alongside sauna use. It is well suited for private hire, wellness events and recovery setups, offering a balance between performance, portability and visual appeal.
